It's been 2 weeks, no one has gotten back to me

I had a problem with the LEDs on my AK35i V3 MAX, and I've sent several emails via different mailboxes over 3 weeks ago but no one is getting back to me. The keyboard is great but looks like there is no support.

Good stuff

Love it. Wanted a cute full sized keyboard after my last one kicked the bucket, and was a touch worried that I wouldn't like the switches. The avocado switches are great, it's got a heavy body, and soft keys for the build, took a second to figure out the dial and minni screen (fn + dail).

There aren't many full size keyboards on the market with an LCD screen, this one is great. For me the screen was a must, it works really well. Has all the connectivity options, easy to mod keys, price is good, nothing is missing.
