today i received my keyboard. i am satisfied with the quality but i have faced a problem with finding a software for my ak820 max, i just can't find the proper one, it always writes could not find the keyboard. please send me a link or a file with a software to my email and i will definetely change my opinion from 1 to 5 stars.
I recently purchased the Ajazz AK820 MAX with magnetic switches, and overall, the hardware is impressive. The build quality is solid, the typing experience is smooth, and the RGB lighting looks great. The inclusion of a small display is a nice touch.
However, I ran into a major issue—there is no easily accessible software to configure the magnetic switches. I contacted Ajazz support via email over a month ago, but I have yet to receive a response. Without proper software, I can't fully adjust key sensitivity or customize the keyboard as intended.
Ajazz really needs to improve its customer support and ensure that essential software is available for download. Until then, this otherwise fantastic keyboard feels incomplete.
