it is really difficult to find the software but when I do find the software with matching name as my keyboard it does not seem to work please send the correct software to my email please:)
I HAVE ORDERED AJAZZ AK 820 MAX PLUS BUT RECIEVED AK820 MAX WHICH MEANS I DIDNT GET 8000MAH BATEERY INSTED I GET 4000MAH BATEERY...I DONT KNOW WHY THEY DID AS SO

I have ordered a model without the screen yet it came with one. The drivers are very confusing, I have tried getting multiple drivers for this model but none worked, just simply says it can’t find the keyboard connected. Gift switches sound and feel awesome but not being able to change the RGB without their app is annoying
