The delivery is delayed and will not arrive on time. 10 days ago it was already in Canada (Toronto) and has not moved from its place yet. The website support is not responsive. The delivery service is not responsive. If you cannot deliver the keyboard, return the money to the account from which it was paid.
I bought your keyboard, but none of your drivers can see it, and I can't set it up online either
I recently purchased the Ajazz AK820 MAX with magnetic switches, and overall, the hardware is impressive. The build quality is solid, the typing experience is smooth, and the RGB lighting looks great. The inclusion of a small display is a nice touch.
However, I ran into a major issue—there is no easily accessible software to configure the magnetic switches. I contacted Ajazz support via email over a month ago, but I have yet to receive a response. Without proper software, I can't fully adjust key sensitivity or customize the keyboard as intended.
Ajazz really needs to improve its customer support and ensure that essential software is available for download. Until then, this otherwise fantastic keyboard feels incomplete.
