GOOD BUT...

i cant find its driver i cant download it the others don't. work i need help but overall build quality is amazing and its looks very very good

Dear customer, it is available on the official website. It needs to be operated in wired mode and opened in the default browser. All our magnetic axes are web-based, so there is no need to download a driver.https://www.a-jazz.com/en/h-col-145.html

Update:I found the issues, where do I start?

On the box it says on one sticker that its The ajazz ak820 max ultra(as should be)
But on the other sticker it says "model:ajazz ak820 max plus",and under FCC id it says ajazz ak820 pro,and lastly it says that the battery capacity is 400mah even though its 20 times as large.
About the hardware, well, as I said in my previous review, if feels and sounds great(the spider web model) the battery is very serviceable, the build seems very solid, and the tri-mode connectivity is very convenient. And size from the face that on my model the labels of the keycaps aren't visible with RGB off,I don't have much complaints about the hardware, but the software really dragged the experience down. It feels like a early beta at Best,a mediocre PoC at worsed, let me explain: The web driver is near impossible to find(it should be linked from the product page, and driver center, but it's linked in neither) From my experience, every time I refresh the page the driver goes back to Chinese, The driver seems to work only on windows(didn't work on Android or horizonOS) When looking at the list of supported devices, there are like 5 seemingly identical options for ak820 max, with no obvious difference between them, There aren't any performance mode switching shortcuts, The gaming mode doesn't have/allow all the keys with rapid trigger enabled, The hall effect special"cheat"settings aren't performance mode specific, There aren't any shortcuts for the keyboard settings(such as googling the"cheat" settings, setting the pulling rate, and performance mode switching) There isn't any fn layer shortcut configuration (for example: fn+g=switch to gaming mode, fn + m = switch between comfort and gaming mode or whatever shortcuts the user wants to configure) The driver doesn't have any visualization of how much pressed is the key. The performance modes have very confusing naming (what is"beginner"mode? It should have more understandable naming such as:"comfort","sensitive","gaming", and"custom") In short, the hardware is amazing, and it's a shame that in the current state it is borderline unusable because of the software. and thankfully software can be fixed. But until it is, I wouldn't recommend to buy it.

Dear customer, if you have any questions, you can send us an email. This can be forwarded to the technical staff for handling. Regarding the label issue, we check the barcode. The white label is affixed by the warehouse staff, so there may be a slight deviation, but it corresponds to the function of the purchased product.
